On October 18, 2019, JOY Chinese Pool European Tour Switzerland Open officially started. Before the tournament, Mr. Joao Silva, Deputy Secretary-General of ICEA awarded the certificate of ICEA International Gold Award Referee to Ms. Wang Zhongyao on behalf of ICEA.

The ICEA referee system is comprised of six grades: National B Level, National A Level, International B Level, International A Level, International Silver Award and International Gold Award.
If the referee has refereed ICEA tournaments for more than one year without any major mistakes, he / she can participate in the ICEA referee assessment and apply for the national referee certificate.
